Registro iniciado desde el backend de Clau POS / Dashboard. Misma lógica de creación que registro_api, pero autenticado con DASHAPI (secreto de Dashboard en el body) + allowlist de IP (x-forwarded-for = 3.134.188.99). No usa apikey. Uso interno.
Si la autenticación falla, el handler devuelve un string sin body HTTP JSON.
