Consultar gift cards

Busca gift cards por código (giftcards[0]) o por usuario (cliente.uid), filtradas por validez de tienda; opcionalmente valida si su saldo cubre montoCobrar. Envelope legado CodRes/message/ArrRes. Debe enviar giftcards o cliente.
